What does the consultation include?
Your local design professional helps you compare carpet and rug samples in your own lighting and consider room measurements, colors and finishes. Florida visits include up to one hour, room measurements, photos of your space and color poms for custom rugs if needed; CAD drawings are not included. Our Stoneham team will confirm the scope of your Massachusetts visit.
What are the consultation fees in Florida and Massachusetts?
Florida consultations require a non-refundable $185 fee for up to one hour within 50 miles of our Bonita Springs showroom. If you proceed with a purchase following your visit, the full $185 is credited toward your final invoice. For Massachusetts projects, our Stoneham team will confirm the applicable consultation fees and visit details before scheduling.
When will I receive an estimate?
We typically provide a formal estimate during the visit or within 24 hours afterward. Some projects require more time, depending on their complexity.
What if I need to cancel or live in a gated community?
For Florida appointments, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance incur the full $185 fee. Our Stoneham team will confirm the cancellation terms for Massachusetts appointments. If you live in a gated community, please notify gate personnel of our appointment before we arrive.
Are there additional travel or project fees?
Florida consultations include travel within a 50-mile radius of our Bonita Springs showroom. Our Stoneham team serves Massachusetts, with a focus on homes within 50 miles for stair runners and wall-to-wall carpeting. Additional restrictions or fees may apply based on travel or project scope. Your local team will confirm coverage and any applicable fees before scheduling.
