Consultation Fee

A non-refundable fee of $185 is required for each in-home consultation appointment. This fee includes: Up to one (1) hour of personalized consultation time with one of our experienced design professionals Travel to locations within a 50-mile radius of our Bonita Springs, FL showroom

If you decide to proceed with a purchase following your consultation, the full $185 fee will be credited toward your final invoice.

Note: If you live in a gated community, please ensure that gate personnel are notified of our appointment prior to our arrival to avoid any delays.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full $185 fee. Thank you for your understanding.

What to Expect

During your consultation, we will:

Bring carpet and rug samples for you to view in your own lighting Take measurements of the room(s) you’re looking to update

Take photos of existing space

Provide color poms for custom rug creation, if needed

Please note that CAD drawings are not included as part of the in-home consultation.

Additional Information

We typically provide a formal estimate at the time of the visit or within 24 hours afterward. Please note that depending on the nature of your project, some estimates may take longer than 24 hours to generate.
